This study is based on two realistic background. Firstly, college students lack of psychological quality and psychological problems occurred frequently,lead to a series of social problems. As mainly means of quality education, the quality of the course cannot play to its due effect. Domestic quality education curriculum system and teaching practice are not very desirable, neither to cater to their needs. Secondly, as one of the three methods of social work, group work has a certain advantage on self-cognition, development, promotion of group members, and application of social work in colleges have focused on student life and administrative work,it also has a wide development space. Therefore to cover the shortage of the current quality education in colleges, meet the demand on the development and growth of college students, workers has explored the SIH mode in practice, which converts quality courses into three professional group forms to carry out quality teaching activities, self-confidence, interpersonal interaction,and heart-growing. For the professional level of social work integrating into the quality curriculum, the mode made good matting and demonstration.Full text includes five parts. The first part is instruction. Second is the exploration process of group teaching mode. Third is constructive analysis of this mode. Fourth is the evaluation of the effect group course. Fifth is reflect and improvement. This article embarks from the view of constructivist learning theory, detailed analyzing construction process of social work method to new quality teaching mode. It including three aspects, the construction of curriculum content,teaching method and teaching evaluation system. From construction in professional social work teaching mode, it discourses operational mechanism of the mode, the intervention process,and carries the quantitative and qualitative evaluation on the teaching effect, then from the evaluation results sum up the achievement and shortcomings, puts forward effective countermeasure. On the choice of research method, the research mainly adopts the literature method, interview method, questionnaire method. The literature method combs the relevant research literature context. Through quantitative and qualitative analysis, questionnaire method and interview method analyze the effect and satisfaction of group courses in student group with the aid of spss19.0. Then it deeply discusses how to continuously popularize internal mechanism of the mode. It is an active attempt on pioneering a new type of interactive education, and a beneficial achievement in the process of localization of social work theory and method, which is worth for further improvement and promotion.
