Research objective:The traditional training methods in the physical college entrance examination tend to ignore the students? status as the cognitive subject.Under this circumstance,one-way instillation teaching given by teachers and passive acceptance from the students will be created.For using this teaching method,it will focus on the acquisition of sports skills but ignore the psychological level?s cultivation which will contradict the requirements for cultivating students? key competencies.Basing on the contemporary background,?Internet +?,for developing students? key competencies,micro-course is changing the students? way for receiving information basing on its characteristics of fragmentation,the emphasis of key points,strong interaction and reusable information,etc.It will boost the change of the constriction model of digital resource and open up the new path of educational reform development.Research method:This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,expert interview,Delphi method,questionnaire survey,experimental method and mathematical statistics,and summarizes the micro course in China and abroad.And it also mainly focuses on the concept,type,characteristics and design of domestic sports micro course according to the different sections,different areas and different levels of combing.Based on the personal requirements of the physical college entrance examination students,the curriculum design of the shot ball project is set.A ?micro-video-feedback enhancement? micro-course design and application model for primary and secondary physical education teaching and training will be designed basing on this study.The basic elements of the model are Analysis,the structure of a student pre-class finishing,classroom teachers,dial extension,after-school feedback to strengthen the context clear,reasonable level of teaching the main line.Basing on the students form Huainan No.3 Senior High School?s team of psychical college entrance examination team,a total of 40 people were randomly selected and divided into 20 experimental groups and 20 control group,and the physical fitness and physical fitness of the college students were measured before the experiment.After the independent sample t for testing no difference,the use of comparative research on the impact of sports information under the environment of micro course shot training and traditional shot training will be compared according to the shot of the special technology Ability,learning interest,learning motivation and learning attitude to assess the impact and effect.Research result:After a total of 18 class hours of teaching experiments,the following conclusions were drawn:1.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group under the traditional training mode.2.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group under the traditional training mode.3.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the traditional training mode,but there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of motivation and attitude psychology.Research conclusion:1.On the background of the development trend to comply with the education information literacy education and the core concept,around the shot project curriculum design,attempts to construct a model based on micro-video feedback to strengthen the college entrance examination sports micro course training,although in the short term for the shot movement skills special performance and technical evaluation of the improvement and traditional sports college entrance examination training mode of teaching experiment,no significant difference.2.Based on the ‘micro-video-feedback enhancement' training model,under the background of educational information,the micro course training model is a new teaching mode which can effectively stimulate students' training motivation and correct training attitude,assist teachers to effectively teach and guide students to study in depth.3.Based on the mode of "micro-video feedback to strengthen the" micro course sports college entrance examination training,teachers and students to make full use of micro course to promote the core competence through landing,"goal oriented self-problem oriented study-oriented feedback deep science" framework of teaching activities and activities of the main program,and to rely on the micro course flip the classroom teaching method,to add a new way to realize the transformation of information to students' deep learning quality.
