FMS(Functional Movement Screen)is a screening system designed by American physical orthopedic expert Gray Cook and physical training expert Lee Burton in the 1990s to predict the risk of sports injuries based on basic action patterns.It consists of 7 simple test actions and 3 exclusion tests.Through this test,the quality of each movement of the body can be quickly and accurately checked one by one,thereby discovernng the dysfunctional or wrong operation mode of the body,and providing an accurate and intuitive basis for formulating the rehabilitation training plan.This paper attempts to screen functional movements in the sports population of college entrance examination sports,in order to enrich the evaluation method of action patterns and improve the quality and efficiency of training.The age of college entrance examination sports students is mainly concentrated in the age of 15-17.This stage is an important stage for the rapid development of body movement ability.The development of action ability at this stage affects the development of special athletic ability in the later stage.FMS screening test for college entrance examination sports students can quickly find out the limitations of the action mode and correct them in time,which is of great significance for preventing sports injuries and improving exercise capacity.This paper uses the literature method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview method,test method and experimental method to conduct a FMS test on 42 college entrance examination students,and screen out the basic action patterns of the common dysfunctions of the college entrance examination students.Analyze the overall action mode of the college entrance examination sports students,and according to the test results,carry out targeted functional correction training for some representative college entrance examination sports students.It is used to correct and reconstruct its unsatisfactory basic mode of action,aiming to observe the impact of intervention training on it.Study the practical value and role of Functional Movement Screen in the college entrance examination sports training,and then expand the college students'sports evaluation system.The research results are as follows:(1)The overall functional screening test score of the college entrance examination sports students is about 15 points,and the basic action mode is good,but the four basic actions of shoulder flexibility,torso stability,hurdle steps,and rotational stability are good.Poor performance in mode testing.(2)There was no statistically significant difference in the FMS test scores between males and females.However,it shows that the flexibility of the boys and the flexibility of the thoracic spine are lower than that of the girls,while the core stability of the girls and the ability to control the body are lower than that of the boys.(3)The sports characteristics of the college entrance examination students are prone to six kinds of erroneous movement characteristics,which may be due to the long-term specialized train:ing,which leads to the unbalanced development of body functions,thus affecting the movement ability of some bodies.(4)Any good movement mode requires flexibility of the limbs under the core stability.The physical fitness of the tested sports students is generally poor,and the prime mover is mobilized first than the stable muscles.(5)The intervention training plan based on the Functional Movement Screen results can not only improve the quality of FMS test movements,but also help optimize the technical movements of college entrance examination sports students to achieve the purpose of preventing sports injuries and improving sports performance.Research recommendations:(1)In the usual training,the coaches should strengthen the flexibility training for the students.It is recommended to use the combination of foam roller rolling and dynamic stretching to relax and activate the muscles before training,and improve the muscle extensibility;Combine static stretching with massage relaxation to accelerate the recovery of body fatigue.(2)Boys and girls have different functional limitations due to their innate physiological differences.In the future training,it is necessary to strengthen the training of male sports students' flexibility and thoracic flexibility,improve the core strength of female sports students and the ability to control the body,and create better core stability.(3)The long-term specialized training process easily overlooks the balanced development of body functions.In the future training,the coaches should pay attention to the diversity of training and pay attention to the comprehensive development of body functions.(4)The core stability provides a stable foundation for the flexible action of the far end.It is the basis of the strength of the integration of the far and near ends,and is directly related to the conduction effect of the energy of the kinematic chain.The screening results show that the core stability of most college entrance examination students is poor.In the future training,the core stability training of college entrance examination sports students should be strengthened.(5)Functional Movement Screen fills the gaps in traditional assessment tests in terms of action patterns and body posture tests,and can help coaches find problems in the basic movement patterns of sports students in a timely manner.Therefore,it is recommended to introduce and promote Functional Movement Screen in the training of college entrance examination sports students.
