Sports senior high school entrance examination is an important means of testing the students’ physical quality,since the implementation of the latest set of senior high school entrance examination scheme since 2015 in Zhenjiang City,the number of test items increased greatly senior high school entrance examination,students choose a wider,more conducive to students’ ability to play.The combination of sports teaching practice of senior high school entrance examination options,more advanced teaching theory,teaching content is more abundant and is highly targeted,more clear and definite teaching objectives,teaching methods more innovative,more reasonable use of equipments,teaching resources and teachers with more optimization,greatly improving the efficiency of teaching in PE class.For teachers,they can give full play to their special skills,provide students with targeted help;for students,both skilled exercise skills,but also easily cope with the needs of sports examination.It will provide theoretical and operational reference for the reform of the system of sports examination in Zhenjiang,especially in the practice of sports optional teaching.This paper adopts literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,observation method,comparative analysis method,mathematical statistics method,combined with the practice of sports teaching of senior high school entrance examination options in Yangzhong foreign language school,studied from different angles,the sports class implement the option of teaching existing problems deeply the analysis,puts forward some strategies and methods to solve the problem;for a more scientific allocation of teachers,more efficient use of PE classroom teaching time,more reasonable distribution of students’ learning style.Through the teaching practice for one semester,the following main conclusions are obtained:First,combining the selective teaching in physical education examination will help to improve the physical quality of students.Second,combined with the selective teaching of physical education examination,fully respected the students’ dominant position,greatly aroused the students’ interest in sports and physical education,and students generally responded well.Third,combining sports senior high school entrance examination for the option of teaching,not only helps to play sports teachers’ skills,to guide students with strong pertinence;and can meet the different needs of students quickly improve their athletic ability and proficiency.Fourth,combined with the sports examination,optional teaching should be adapted to local conditions,according to the actual situation of the school.In view of the above four research conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:First,the establishment of optional management network at all levels of teaching.The establishment of the principal office for the leadership of the dean’s office and the general affairs department for the co-ordination,the sports team for the implementation of the class as the main option of teaching management network,for the implementation of options for teaching to create a good environment and conditions.Second,the establishment of experts to guide,teaching and research room training,guidance,physical education teacher learning and exchange training and learning system,to ensure that the option of teaching advanced,innovative and operational.Third,reasonable deployment of teachers,flexible design options,teaching hours arrangements,and make full use of venues and equipment,for the option of teaching in-depth blocks.Fourth,grasp the options,work oriented,students have many opportunities for independent choice,and effectively solve the problem of option grouping.Fifth,a clear division of labor,to ensure the smooth development of teaching options.Sixth,pay attention to the education of health knowledge,cultivate scientific consciousness of bodybuilding.
