In recent years,the situation of physical quality of primary school students in China is not optimistic,but primary school students are in the best stage of developing physical quality.As a traditional national sport with a long history,rope skipping combines popular factors such as aerobics,street dance,martial arts and music to form a figure skipping sport with fitness,entertainment,competitive and ornamental functions.As a new and effective way of exercise,pattern skipping is widely respected in primary and secondary schools and deeply loved by primary and secondary school students.The ministry of education also mentions skipping in the physical education curriculum standard of primary and secondary schools.Therefore,with the help of the intervention of figure rope skipping,this paper makes an empirical study on the influence of figure rope skipping on the physical quality of the third grade of primary school.This paper mainly adopts the methods of physical fitness test,experiment and mathematical statistics to explore the influence of figure rope skipping on various indicators of physical fitness of primary school students in the third grade,and puts forward some feasible Suggestions to provide diversified exercise methods for improving the physical fitness of primary school students.Research shows that:1.Through 12 weeks of figure rope skipping practice,the longitudinal comparison of the experimental group before and after the experiment concluded that the P value of speed quality,endurance quality and coordination quality of the students were all less than 0.05,with significant difference,but the P value of strength quality and flexibility quality was greater than 0.05,without significant difference.2.Through 12 weeks pattern rope skipping exercises,the control group before and after the experiment the longitudinal comparison conclusion is: the power of the students quality P < 0.05 there are significant differences,but the speed quality of boy the control group P < 0.05 there are significant differences,girls speed quality of the control group P > 0.05,there was no significant difference in the control group students' endurance quality,coordination quality and flexible element P values were greater than 0.05,there was no significant difference.3.By 12 weeks figure rope skipping exercises,the experimental group and control group lateral comparison before and after the experiment concluded that the speed of the experimental group students quality,endurance quality and coordinate quality is significantly higher than the control group,P value is less than 0.05,there are significant differences,the experimental group and control group P > 0.05 on powerquality and flexible quality have no significant difference,that figure jump rope can be better,faster to improve student's speed,endurance,physical coordination.4.Students after the 12?week figure rope skipping exercises,through transverse longitudinal comparison: the experimental group and control group in all aspects of students in physical showed a trend of increase,and the speed of the experimental group quality,endurance quality and coordination quality is larger than that of control group,and power quality control group than in the experimental group,that figure jump rope to student's speed,endurance and coordination quality has a positive role in promoting.
