As the main site of teachers' human resources,Normal Universities is the core subject that provides the human resources for teachers,and it bears the burden of cultivating talents and serving the society which providing outstanding teachers for the basic education.Graduates from Normal Universities are the future teachers,and they represent the quality of teachers in the future.Therefore,upgrading the professional quality of the graduates,strengthening the training of future teachers.building a high-quality teachers team are one of the missions of Normal Universities' development in the future.At the same time,they are also the inevitable choice for cultivating the high-level teachers and building a high-quality teacher team for our country.The study investigates the professionalism level of graduates from Normal Universities in Hebei Province,finds out the condition of their professionalism.Then,the study analyzes the reasons from the perspectives of the Supply-side reform and Normal Universities graduates cultivation,and puts forward opinions and suggestions to the current Normal Universities graduates cultivation.The study includes three parts : the introduction,the main text and the conclusions.The main text consists of four chapters.The first chapter elaborates the theory about Quasi-teachers' professionalism,including the concepts of Quasi-teachers and professionalism.At the same time,it explains the measure standard of Quasi-teachers' professionalism based on the Teacher Professional Development Standard.The second chapter analyzing the professionalism level of Quasi-teachers from Normal Universities in Hebei province through the data of questionnaire,including it's general situation,the specific situation of three dimensions,and the existing problems.The third chapter combines the quantitative data analysis and the analysis of interview data,and discusses the factors affecting their professionalism level from the aspects of school and the graduates.The forth chapter gives suggestions for the Normal Universities' cultivation method based on the analysis of the factors that influencing the professionalism of Normal Universities' graduates?...
