Class teachers’ self-identity to their own work greatly affects their own work results,but also directly affect the formation and promotion of the overall quality of students.In recent years,with the state and society as well as the parents of the importance of education,the school education needs and requirements are increasingly improved,has brought great challenges to the teachers’ work,virtually to the head teachers have brought great pressure.In this context,what will happen to the teacher in charge of the work? Practical research on the junior high school teacher job identity as the theme of the current situation of teacher identity,post basic education in Teachers’ research,understand the actual problems facing the current class work,from the view of problem solution to try to explore how to resolve the problems of the teacher identity.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the basic concept of this research,put forward the background,purpose and significance of this study,and summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad;the second part introduces the theoretical basis of this research,including the theory of teacher professional development,psychology theory and the theory of society;the third part is the process of the actual research,including the research process of this paper,the design scheme and questionnaire and the specific results of the survey;the fourth part is the basis of the above design research,analyze the causes and summarizes the teacher teachers identity problem;the fifth part is according to the actual problems and puts forward some specific reasons.
