Research On The Training System Of College Student Basketball Referees In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

Since the 21 st century,with the progress of society and the improvement of economic level,China's sports have made great progress.With the wide spread of "we media",basketball,as one of the most popular sports,has attracted more and more attention from Chinese people.Both the world-renowned NBA and our own professional leagues,CBA and NBL,as well as university league CUBA and grassroots folk games,have been well developed.As one of the three balls,basketball is popular among the people.As a world power,China has a large basketball population.With the continuous development of professional basketball,there are more and more professional and non-professional basketball matches.It has contributed to the absence of basketball referees in some areas of our country.Across the country,the provinces of basketball referees development is uneven,the Inner Mongolia autonomous region as an ethnic minority areas,relatively weak basketball development,basketball population is relatively small,differences between eastern and western basketball movement development in Inner Mongolia,the Inner Mongolia region basketball tournament is less,lack of concentration,can lead to the development of basketball referee's cultivation and affected,there is a big gap with the rest of the country basketball referee,for the cultivation of basketball referee belongs to behind the stage.To develop the game of basketball,the level of referees must also be developed.Universities are an important way to train talents.In this paper,by understanding the status quo of the universities student basketball referees in Inner Mongolia as well as the existing problems,and the Inner Mongolia normal university,baotou teachers college,Ji Ning teachers college,institute of chifeng,Inner Mongolia university for nationalities,hulun buir college,6 colleges and universities student referees and USES the method of literature,investigation and study for the questionnaire survey method,etc were analyzed,and the following conclusions1.The referee training system is not particularly complete.Among the six universities investigated,only Inner Mongolia normal university has a relatively complete referee training system.2.Students in colleges and universities do not have a solid grasp of theoretical knowledge of referees,and the professional training courses for referees are inadequate.The practice of student referees on the court is not frequent,many student referees participate in the adjudication of the game is the school game or class basketball game,so students have less experience in adjudication,low psychological quality,lack of experience on the court.3.The poor English level of student referees cannot meet the needs of high-level referees in the exams for promotion to higher levels.4.The referee level of college teachers is not high and the grade is generally low.Some college teachers fail to update the basketball rules in time.5.The influence of regional policies also brought obstacles to the development of basketball in Inner Mongolia,and also seriously affected the cultivation policy of student referees.To enhance the level of student basketball referee team,establish a scientific and comprehensive training system,improve the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of college basketball referee.It is helpful to improve the basketball referee level of Inner Mongolia college students.It is beneficial to the construction of basketball referee team of college students in Inner Mongolia.More conducive to promoting the development of basketball in Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
