| Emotion always exists in people’s daily life,work and study,and it is an integral part of human psychological activities.In recent years,the service sector has become more and more important in the national economy,workers may appear in the work of job burnout,emotional exhaustion,work pressure,job unhappiness,and other negative emotions,which makes many researchers for emotional problems of employees in the process of labor in-depth study.Rural primary and Secondary school teachers are also one of the high emotional workers.They not only directly affect their healthy development,but also have a great impact on the objects they teach.In the face of the students is special,most of them are from rural left-behind children,the age of the students have unique cognitive process.So the emotional labor burden of teachers may be aggravated in the process of interaction with students.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the study of emotional labor of rural primary and secondary school teachers.The research on emotional labor,job satisfaction and turnover intention of relevant literature review on the basic theory,combined with job satisfaction and turnover intention were investigated.In rural primary and secondary school in-service teachers as the research object,using the method of questionnaire survey to discuss the influence of emotional labor on job satisfaction and turnover intention.200 questionnaires were issued in each township of Guzhen County,Wuhe County and Dongzhi County,and 146 valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed.The results show that:(1)since the rural primary and secondary school teachers’ personal background is different,they have different performance in each research variable;(2)surface acting of emotional labor interpersonal relationship dimension,turnover intention are significantly negative correlation;the active deep acting behavior in emotional labor is positively related to the satisfaction degree of interpersonal relationship and the intensity and satisfaction of work itself,and positively related to turnover intention;the passive deep acting behavior in emotional labor was positively related to training and promotion satisfaction,and had no significant correlation with turnover intention;(3)torural primary and secondary school teachers,the six dimension of job satisfaction and turnover intention are significantly positive correlation;(4)the training,promotion satisfaction dimension and work itself and intensity satisfaction dimension of rural primary and secondary school teachers’ job satisfaction play a part of intermediary role between emotional labor and turnover intention.According to above research results,this paper summarizes the main conclusions and suggestions,and points out the shortcomings of this study and future research directions. |
