Research On The Education Of Studying Abroad In New China And Its Influence On The Development Of Science And Technology

The process of China's modernization is inseparable from the education movement of studying abroad.The policy of studying abroad with the government's behavior has guided and determined the goal orientation of every study abroad education campaign in a specific social,political and national background.This paper traces the modern course of study of new China,reveals the influence and forms of foreign policy brought in China technology development area,that the scale of the education of studying abroad,is a national education investment behavior under the policy guidance,it includes the organizational regime specific value orientation and power intention.The formulation and implementation of the policy of studying abroad has important scientific and technological influence.In this paper,the dynamic analysis of overseas education since the new China established Chinese overseas education in China's social role analysis and interaction of China's overseas education and modern science system in China three aspects elaborated the new Chinese overseas education and its influence on the development of science and technology,obtained the conclusion:to realize the importance of overseas education and related policies for the national development of science and technology,with a positive attitude to adapt to the new situation and development needs,formulate a more practical policy,the policy value orientation and guiding role of the greater development of Chinese for science and technology in the new century,give full play to the value of overseas education.
