Study On Development Strategy Of HG University Training Industrialization

In the dissertation,development strategy of HG university training industrialization has investigated.Through analyzing present situation and problems in the development of university training industrialization and HG university training as the research object,the problems of HG university training industrial development were diagnosed and evaluated.It provided decision basis for HG university training industrial development.The following results were obtained.It is show that the university training industrial development satisfy the national demand,laborer own development needs and continuing education transformation development needs of university.The existing problems and restricting factors of HG university training industrial development were attributed to the problems of development strategy.The PEST analysis and SWOT analysis showed the overall policy decision is advantageous to university training industrial development especially key university including HG university.The university training industrial development also has extensive prospects in market demand.The data from a questionnaire survey and the SWOT analysis found that advantages of HG university reflect in the brand,the key discipline,strong teachers team,beautiful campus environment,vast experience in training,disadvantages reflect in insufficient recognition for training program,not flexible in system and mechanism,not good match between training course system and the actual needs of the client,high rigid expenditure cost,weak negotiation ability of training project,not enough good in organization level and service capacity,insufficient accommodation training venues,opportunities reflect in policy guidance with strong support,vigorously social demand and training resources integration,threats is come from the competition with other universities,competition with all kinds of training organization,training alternatives developing rapidly and potential threat of new entrants.By four strategic analysis,such as ST vulnerability(advantages +threats),WT problematic(disadvantages + threats),SO leverage settlement(advantages + opportunities),WO inhibitory(disadvantages+ opportunities)and combining with the actual situation of HG university training,author put forward the difference development strategic planning of HG university training industrialization.The strategic mission,vision,strategic objectives,strategic positioning and implementation measures were specifically designed.With our country training market demand growing and sufficient recognition for the university training industrial development,universities will participate in the competition of training market,give full play to its own competitive advantage,actively reform and innovation,form industrial development road with distinct characteristics.
