The Research Of Regional Higher Vocational Education Development Strategy Based On Industrial Demand

Recently, with the continuous development of higher vocational education reform, higher vocational education has made great progress in the service industry, economic development and the reform of higher education, which afford the society with lots of high skilled applied talents. However, the "employment oriented" education policy made some deviation when put in action, that is,overemphasizing the function of employment, which results in weakness of students' employment ability and shortage of sustainable development. What's more, under the influence of upgrading on industrial economic structure in Quanzhou, masses of high quality and skilled person are needed. But as higher vocational colleges with the task of developing higher skill, its output is far from the need of industrial development. Therefore, the Quanzhou higher vocational education transformation and development are important issues to be resolved at present.Based on this background, in this paper, the author will use the theory of internal and external law of higher education, lifelong education theory and human capital theory to analyze the inevitability of the industry needs and higher vocational education. It's combined the situation of the industry needs and the development of higher vocational education in Quanzhou, the author will come to the main contradiction and the problem of the development of higher vocational education in Quanzhou: For one thing, the government lacks the strong guidance and support, and the development level of higher vocational education doesn't match the development of the local industry; For another thing, the effective feedback in social demand is short, but professional settings can not meet the needs of the market position; Moreover, higher vocational education itself is a problem, it plus the lack of professional development of regional industrial development characteristics, and the overall quality of teachers need to be improved; The last thing is that due to the inadequacy of industry enterprises involved in the school, the function of practical teaching failed to give full play to come out; Based on the analysis of the above problems and causes, this research draws on the main experience and enlightenment of higher vocational education development in China and abroad, and puts forward the following suggestions from the following four aspects-- government, society, universities and enterprises: One is to strengthen the government's responsibility to fulfill the development of vocational education, another is to establish a pattern of education to meet the needs of the community, the next one is to strengthen the construction of its own content, and the last is to mobilize the enthusiasm of the industry to participate in school,the development of higher vocational education in Quanzhou has a certain practical significance.This paper is aimed at the research of higher vocational education in Quanzhou, which provides the policy reference for Quanzhou to promote the development of higher vocational education, also to meet the needs of industrial development. However, because of the limit of my ability, data integrity and the impact of market dynamics, the research on this topic is still to be further studied.
