A Case Research About Working Poor

Work poverty is the condition that is still in poverty despite work.Unlike traditional poverty,working poor has not caused widespread concern in academia.This paper uses case study to describe and analyze the life and working conditions of the seven working poor.The main reasons that lead them to working poor include: the legacy of the pension system,the problem of over-education and the plight of self-employed farmers.On this basis,the author believes that we should start from the minimum wage system,strengthen the management and guidance of self-employed farmers,improving vocational education and vocational training and education assistance to children of poor families to achieve the help of the existing work poor and avoiding the emergence of new working poor.
