| With the development of artificial intelligence,financial robot has been able to replace human to engage in simple repetitive financial accounting,tax declaration,review and other work,which poses a huge challenge for junior financial staff.Therefore,how to use the advanced education concept to improve the teaching quality of accounting major and cultivate accounting talents with comprehensive professional ability that meet the requirements of the times is a major problem faced by accounting education in secondary vocational schools.Case teaching method has been widely used in business teaching in China.It focuses on the analysis of actual cases,but not on practical operation.In the 1980 s,action teaching method was successfully applied in German vocational education.Its core content is to establish a student-centered teaching mode and cultivate students’ practical ability.In addition,as a new type of vocational education concept and teaching method with distinct vocational education characteristics,action teaching method has become a highly concerned teaching mode in the current vocational education in China.This paper attempts to combine case teaching method with action teaching method,and apply it to the teaching of management accounting course,which is subjective and creative in accounting teaching,in order to improve the teaching method and teaching quality of accounting major in secondary vocational school.This paper is divided into the following chapters:Chapter one: introduction.This paper introduces the research background and significance of this paper,defines the research content and ideas of this paper,and determines the research methods.Chapter two: introduce the related theories.It systematically expounds the theoretical basis and related concepts of case teaching method and action teaching,clarifies the theoretical basis,common methods,implementation principles and processes to support its implementation,and summarizes the research status of case teaching method and action teaching method at home and abroad,providing theoretical support for the investigation design and teaching implementation of the later research.Chapter three: Empirical Investigation and analysis.In the form of field visit and questionnaire,this paper investigates the current teaching situation of management accounting course in four secondary vocational schools in the main urban area of Chongqing.At the same time,it conducts surveys and interviews with accounting teachers,students and employers to master the current teaching situation of management accounting course in Secondary Vocational Accounting major and the background of artificial intelligence of enterprises Next,the skill requirements of accounting personnel,and the current situation reflected by the survey results are analyzed and explained by modules,and the problems are summarized by subjects.At the same time,this paper investigates and interviews the accounting teachers,students and employers,trying to grasp the current teaching situation of management accounting in the secondary vocational accounting major,and the enterprise’s skill requirements for accounting personnel under the background of artificial intelligence.This paper analyzes the current situation reflected by the survey results,and summarizes the existing problems.Chapter four: put forward the teaching reform plan.According to the problems in the course of investigation,this paper puts forward to apply the Case Action Learning to the teaching of management accounting in secondary vocational school,give full play to the advantages of the two teaching methods,and put forward the problems that should be paid attention to and the corresponding optimization scheme and improvement suggestions.At the same time,taking some chapters of "management accounting" as the teaching content,using the case behavior teaching method to design the teaching content,making a comparative analysis of the teaching process and results,in order to test the application effect of the teaching method in the secondary vocational accounting teaching.Chapter five: summary and reflection.This paper summarizes the content of this paper,summarizes the conclusions of this study,reflects on the deficiencies in the research process,and looks forward to the future of the study. |
