Classroom is the first line of new curriculum reform,how to meet the requirement of new curriculum reform,and realize the high efficiency of teaching,which is the concern of first-line teachers in teaching.In the elementary school language teaching,the student is the main body in classroom learning,in order to achieve the elementary school language teaching efficiency,must fully arouse the initiative of students learning,stimulate their learning motivation.Since 1958,the attribution theory has been developed from theoretical research to practical research,and the application in various fields has achieved good results,especially in the field of education.Weiner of motivation and emotional attribution theory in the field of education plays a very important role in development and application,it provides the language lesson teaching of students learning motivation theories.This paper focuses on how to use attribution theory to motivate primary school students’ learning motivation.The four parts are:The first part expounds the related concepts and composition of attribution theory and learning motivation,attribution theory are emphatically analyzed and the relationship between learning motivation and the significance of attribution theory of learning motivation,clear the attribution of the feasibility of the theory of learning motivation,for the use of attribution theory of learning motivation provides substantial theoretical basis.The second part through the questionnaire survey concluded that primary school students in four aspects ability,effort,luck,situation attribution there are problems,no matter success or failure,they all present a negative attribution,according to weiner’s mood and motivation attribution theory analysis it is concluded that: elementary student’s this kind of negative attribution is not conducive to stimulate learning motivation.The third part proposes several measures to motivate learning motivation by using attribution theory.This includes guiding students to do the correct attribution training to stimulate learning motivation;Play an active role in attribution and stimulate learning motivation;Skillfully use feedback to stimulate students’ learning motivation;The success or failure attribution motivates students to learn motivation.This part is the key part of thisthesis.In the process of the discussion,the author combines the actual teaching examples to carry on the concrete analysis.The fourth part the author through the sixth grade schools are put on the second unit of an intensive articles "zhan tianyou" as a demonstration class,in the teaching by preparing,class,reviews,homework,reflection after class five links in the penetration of attribution theory and help to stimulate students learning motivation,and further confirm the effectiveness of the attribution theory of students learning motivation.
