Exercise class is to help students to master the basic knowledge of mathematics,basic skills and methods,to develop mathematical ability and mathematical quality,improve the mathematical sense of the main channel.This paper introduces the idea of effective teaching in China and foreign countries,and expounds the meaning and characteristics of effective teaching.Using the theory of effective teaching to analyze the problem of rural junior middle school mathematics exercise class.We found that the main problem is the exercise class "mantangguan",bitter tour students in the "sea".This study explores the causes of the problems from the social exercise class parents,school management,teachers and students.This study explores the principles,strategies and teaching strategies for rural junior high school mathematics class teaching exercises.Effective teaching principles of rural mathematics exercises course proposed by this study are:in principle,hierarchy principle and model principle.Teaching preparation strategy mainly includes:determining the target and content of the exercises exercises.The teaching strategy is to multi solution to one problem,a changeful and a method to use.
