Doubt is the beginning of thinking,and the inducement to explore new knowledge.It's one of important way to cultivate students' innovative spirit.Therefore,in order to promote the combination of students' innovative spirit and ability,"The Ordinary High School Physics Course Standard" has certainly regarded students'question ability as one of the new curriculum standards.Under the curriculum standard,this paper focuses on how to develop rural students'sense of doubt in physics classes.Based on the relevant results of the sense of doubt researches,this paper used certain study methods which consists of case analysis,class observation,interview and questionnaire to survey the present situation of teaching and learning on the doubt ability in rural middle schools.And the result indicates that it is necessary to develop students' sense of doubt.According to the study results combined with the writer's teaching practice,this paper puts forward some teaching strategies on how to improve students' sense of doubt:to create an atmosphere of democracy where students can doubt bravely,to make preview outlines to help students learn to doubt in the preview part,to perform deep teaching which allows students become good at doubting,to carry out problem-based teaching method to make students become willing to doubt.By carrying out two successful physics classes,the writer makes the so called students' sense of doubt practical in ordinary classes.Students can promote their doubt ability as well as the ability self-study,observation,conclusion by self study,discussions,cooperation and exploration.Thus,the rural physics classes are bound to be more efficient.
