In the increasingly fierce international competition of the21st century, educationreform has become an important part of the various countries enhances competitiveness.Throughout the history of education reform, Teachers Education has been the focus ofnational education reform. Teaching skills training as an important content of TeachersEducation, its contents, methods, approaches, has been with the development ofeducation reform and change. China’s new round of curriculum reform bring up a lot ofnew requirements to middle school physics teachers’ teaching skills, However, from thegraduates of the candidates and the actual teaching situation, Physics Students’ teachingskills to grasp the situation is not ideal. The reason was mainly due to problems relatedcolleges and universities in teaching skills training to Normal College Students.Therefore, in the context of the new curriculum reform, research is both longitudinalresult of the development of teaching skills training theory of physicaldiscipline-specific teaching skills training, but also to promote an urgent requirement ofTeachers Education.First, the paper analyzes the research status of the teaching skills training. Second,the concept of teaching skills, characteristics,21new teachers concept of teachingskills training, teaching skills training, ways to elaborate. Again, Taking PhysicsMajors students of2009grade of Physics and Information Engineering College inYan’an University as an Example. The paper use questionnaires and interviews toinvestigate the status of teaching skills training. Statistical analysis of the data of thesurvey results to identify institutions, teachers, Physics Majors students three levels ofthe following problems: poor teaching facilities, curriculum unreasonable, organizational management and discipline, guidance teachers weak; single instructorteachings, guidance is weak, pay attention to the forms but neglect effectiveness;Physics Major Students weak awareness to Teaching Skills Training, basic skills is notsolid, after-school self-training can not be guaranteed; Finally, the issues mentionedabove cause analysis, put forward the following suggestions: school level shouldimprove training conditions, optimizing the curriculum and content, strict examination,standardized evaluation criteria, build great instructor team. The instructor shouldreform the pedagogy, respect weak items, construct a reasonable training system;Physics Major Normal Students should be adjusted values, enhance self-driving force,diligent reflection.
