Fast strength training is the core of strength training.With the development of football in the direction of high strength,high resistance and high speed,the fast strength of football players is becoming more and more important to the football match.On that context,this paper explores the influence of increasing speed and load on the fast strength of football players by using the BTE Eccentron(Eccentron,BTE Technologies,Inc,Hanover,MD,USA)training instrument.In this paper,the experimental method was used to compare all the 24 members of Fujian football team U15.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Howere,the experimental group needs to complete the daily training and the lower limb centrifugal strength training twice a week in the 8 weeks.but the control group only carries out daily training during this time.The method of physical measurement was used to test the explosive power index,velocity sensitive index and dynamic index of football players before and after the experiment.The method of physical measurement was adopted to test the explosive power index,velocity sensitive index and dynamic index of football players between the two groups.The experimental results show that:(1)The explosive force index of standing long jump?standing vertical jump?left and right foot vertical jump in the experimental group shows a highly significant improvement(P<0.01)before and after intervention training.However,there are three index of standing long jump?standing vertical jump?right foot vertical jump in the control group shows a significant improvement(P<0.05)before and after intervention training.(2)The speed sensitivity index of 30 m run?triangle run and illinios run in the experimental group showed a highly significant improvement(P<0.01)before and after the intervention training.In addition,there are 30 m run showed a significant improvement(P<0.01)in the control group,the other two index did not show significant improvement and the increase was less than the experimental group.(3)The maximum centrifugal force showed a significant improvement(P<0.01)in the experimental group and the control group before and after the training intervention.But the average power of 15 s vertical jump was not significantly improved,However,The two indexes of the experimental group increased is more than control group.Conclusion:(1)The level of fast strength of football players can be comprehensive evaluated by the football jump ability and speed sensitive ability.The jump ability carried out by standing vertical jump,left and right standing vertical jump,standing long jump,respectively.Meanwhile,the speed sensitive ability carried out by 30 m run,triangular run,Illinios run,respectively.(2)The fast strength of football players can effectively improved by the incremental speed and load of the lower limb centrifugal strength training,which can be reflected by the quality of explosive effort and speed sensitive.Howere,the training can significantly improve the maximum centrifugal force of the lower limbs.(3)The BTE Eccentron can record the training process in detail,which can visually understand the current training of subjects.It is convenient for scientific training and management of trainees according to training data.So,it has reference significance.(4)Lower limb centrifugal strength training combined with soccer daily training can improve football players jumping ability and special speed sensitive ability,which is suitable for football training.
