Since the expansion of college enrollment in the late 90 s of last century,higher education has entered the stage of popularization from the past elite education.In2016,the gross enrollment rate of higher education reached an unprecedented rate of42.6%,which could be predicted in the future.Higher education is striding forward from popularization to popularization.In the great development of higher education,higher vocational education has also been greatly developed,and the number of students in higher vocational colleges is 40% of the total number of College students.The quantity of higher vocational education is up,how can the quality be guaranteed?This paper studies the teaching quality management of higher vocational colleges,including JC.By analyzing the problems of quality management in higher vocational colleges,the quality of higher vocational education can be improved.JC,as well as many other higher vocational colleges,has been upgraded from secondary vocational school to higher vocational college after enrollment expansion.JC within a few years,the number of students from the past one thousand or two thousand to more than 10000 people,teachers also increased from dozens to hundreds of people.Because of the rapid expansion,the lack of precipitation,coupled with backward ideas and other issues,there is no small problem in the teaching quality management of JC.This paper is based on the project quality management in the guidance of Juran theory,the JC teaching quality management status of a comprehensive in-depth analysis,in the analysis of JC teaching quality management based on the problems,on the basis of Juran theory teaching quality JC phase management advice,and quality management in the planning stage,the implementation of the quality management stage of quality management,assessment and improvement phase at various stages of the characteristics of the teaching quality management put forward specific proposals and measures,these suggestions and measures have practical application value for JC to ultimately enhance the teaching quality.This paper hopesto quality management of JC teaching as an example,study the prevalent throughout the higher vocational education quality management problems,explore the reform program to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education,cultivate high skilled talents by enterprise welcome.
