College students' psychology of employment is a mixture of many factors with the desire of being employed as the center, the whole process from its coming into being to its development, and to its being formed being complicated. It is one of the most important components of the mental problems interfering college students, which have great impact on their study and social activities and practices. With the development of employment system, graduates have more opportunities and wider range to make their choices whereas the competition goes fiercer, which leads to more serious more stress and pressure. Therefore, what are the influences of the society, family and students themselves on their employment psychology? How to look at the problem of employment? How to prepare mentally for it? How to adjust themselves to it? All these questions have become an obstacle interfering college students, which may even grows to be mental problems affecting their work and life in the future.Thus, to extract positive factors in their employment psychology and identify those negative, and furthermore to analyze the reasons of them, is essential in the practice of offering them consultancies in their career choosing, which may, in turn, induce more effective and helpful strategies for the employment consultants in college. And as a result, students are to be released, to a considerable degree, from the confusion and stress in pursuing employment and learn to adjust themselves when making choice for their careers.
