Research On The Employment Ability Enhancement Of College Students In Xinjiang Under The Guidance Of Social Work

2019 is the 70 th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.It will be a crucial year for us we endeavor to achieve The First Century Goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.With our higher education scale expands unceasingly,the employment problem of college students has been highly concerned.According to official website of the Ministry of Education,employment situation of Chinese college graduates will be more severe for the number of graduates of 2019 is expected to be 8.34 million.Therefore,the same as all the graduates,the improvement of employability in Xinjiang college students is extremely urgent.In terms of employability,the thesis divided it into four dimensions:job search ability,implementing ability,social intercourse relation ability and psychological diathesis.Through the literature review and questionnaire survey,employment status and problems are emerged as a result of the investigation.The thesis aims at summarize the employment demand especially explore the improvement of graduates’ employability from individual and mechanism aspects.Finally,the construetive countermeasures are put forward under the practical results.This thesis is elaborated from six parts:Firstly,analyze the current research background and significance;generalize the literature review on the employment ability of relevant social work demand;determine the research topics and methods.Secondly,define relevant concepts and clarify the theoretical basis.Thirdly,through a questionnaire survey of 328 students in University of Xinjiang,then interview were conducted with part of employers and students.Through using SPSS software to conduct statistical data in order to analyze the status,identify problems,attribution and understand needs of employment status.Fourthly,on the basis of investigation,this part aims to analyze the advantages of professional theories values and methods for the intervention work of college students in Xinjiang.Fifthly,explore ways in which social works achieve an understanding of theemployability of college students in Xinjiang.Sixthly,on the basis of the previous studies,the thesis puts forward construetive countermeasures for social work involved in the employment of college students in Xinjiang.Finally,the thesis is summarized and the conclusion is drawn.
