The Investigation Of Cooperative Spirit Of Senior High School Students

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the world economy,culture,science and technology and education have been developing rapidly.Human beings have exchanged and cooperated with each other in various ways.The world has become“A Community of Common Destiny ”.Therefore,we need cooperation more and more,and the spirit of cooperation is one of the basic requirements for talent quality.The new curriculum reform also increasingly requires the cultivation of students with cooperative spirit.Cooperation spirit is the comprehensive embodiment of cooperation consciousness,cooperation emotion and cooperation character.The self-consciousness of high school students gradually intensifies,but since he is not mature,it is easy to be exclusive in cooperation.Therefore,it is necessary for high school students to cultivate cooperative spirit.At the same time,the cultivation of cooperative spirit has great significance to promote the socialization of students' individuality and promote the development of new curriculum reform.Therefore,we should pay attention to the cultivation of students' cooperative spirit and promote the improvement of students' comprehensive quality.Through literature reading,it is learned that domestic scholars have studied the connotation,significance,current situation and measures of cooperative spirit.Foreign scholars have focused on cooperative learning and cooperation education.But they fully affirmed the positive significance of the spirit of cooperation.The social and cultural history theory of Lev Vygotsky and the group dynamics represented by Kurt Lewen provide the theoretical basis for the study of the cooperative spirit of high school students.In order to understand the development of cooperative spirit of high school students,the author conducted a questionnaire survey and interview with the teachers and students in Yantai No.1 Middle School.The respondents were 200 students in Yantai No.1 Middle School,which included the status of students' cooperative spirit,the atmosphere of class cooperation and the importance of parents' attention to cooperative spirit.The interviewees were 10 students and 8 teachers in the school.The interview was about the understanding of cooperative spirit and the Suggestions on thecultivation of cooperative spirit.Through the analysis of the result of the questionnaire,interview,No.1 Middle School students have certain development,the cultivation of the spirit of cooperation,such as school community activities,which are held regularly to carry out the collective activities such as sports meeting,to a certain extent promoted the cultivation of the students' spirit of cooperation.However,there are still some problems,such as students' awareness of the lack of cooperation spirit right,cooperation,enthusiasm is not high,the cooperation character shortcomings,is can't correctly understand the relationship between the individual and group,can not correctly understand the relationship between competition and cooperation,is not willing to cooperate with people.The questionnaire and interview results were further analyzed and the reasons for the problems were found in many aspects.The school provides students with a narrow range of life,weak cooperation between teachers and traditional mode of teaching.The family has adopted the non-democratic family education method for the parents,and has not paid enough attention to the students' cooperative spirit.Students are students in adolescence,their own psychological development is contradictory,and the study pressure is big,thus neglect cooperation.In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of students' cooperative spirit,schools,families and students should take active measures to exert the resultant effect and enhance the students' cooperation spirit.First,school.Political teachers should dig deep into the cooperative resources in teaching materials and actively carry out group cooperation study.The campus culture of the school construction cooperation,the promotion of the spirit of cooperation education,carry out various cultural activities and social practice activities,create the atmosphere of cooperation,and cultivate the students' sentiment in a quiet way;management students democratically,strengthen the cultivation of cooperative spirit.Second,parents should pay more attention.Third,students should play their subjective initiative,establish the right cooperation concept,train their cooperation skills in all aspects,and develop good cooperative character.In a word,the cooperative spirit of high school students should work together with school,family and students to achieve results.
