A Research On The Spirit Of The Rule Of Law In The Ideological And Political Course In Senior High School

Vigorously carry forward the spirit of socialist rule of law has become the inevitable requirement of promoting the rule of law in new era. High school students are the main carrier of the rule of law spirit education is one of the thought political lesson. In the new period, not only in concept to enhance cultivating high school students the importance of the rule of law spirit, urgency, time feeling and the sense of responsibility, in practice, more should actively explore to strengthen high school students a scientific system of the rule of law spirit education.This paper consists of introduction, text and conclusion of three parts. The spirit of the rule of law education for high school ideological and political development, the prevention of juvenile delinquency, and establish the socialist core values of the rule of law and the cultivation of high school students have an important role in the modernization of personality.The third part expounds the problems existing in the high school education under the rule of law and reason. First of all high school students in knowledge of law, rule of law consciousness and the main questionnaire survey on the status of the rule of law spirit, secondly combining the questionnaire sums up the problems of high school students the rule of law spirit education.
