With the rapid development of science and technology,the total amount of knowledge of human talent demand increasing,grow with each passing day,at present,the further reform of physical education in junior middle school,PE teachers in all aspects of quality put forward higher requirements,how to adapt to the needs of modem physical education,which requires teachers to improve their professional ability,and constantly update their knowledge,improve professional skills.Therefore,the post education of PE teachers is particularly important in the whole process of teacher education.The post curriculum construction of teacher education is an important reflection of the educational thought and content of teachers' post education.It is also a fundamental and overall problem in the whole teacher education.This paper takes the rural sports teachers in Luoyang vocational education training status as an example,using the method of literature,questionnaire,logic analysis,expert interview and mathematical statistics,investigation and analysis of present situation of sports teachers in rural junior middle school in Luoyang City vocational education,draws the following conclusion:First,the proportion of physical education teachers in junior high schools in Luoyang is reasonable,the age structure is normal,the educational structure and the promotion space.Second,the majority of junior high school PE teachers in Luoyang are satisfied with the content and curriculum arrangement of post job education and training.But because of the higher vocational education organization units,the organizers of the curriculum arrangement is more and more complex,the subject status of teachers in the study did not reflect the lack of hierarchy,duplicate content,so there are still a part of the physical education teachers of vocational education curriculum setting feel unreasonable.Third,most of the junior high school physical education teachers think that the training in vocational education is very necessary,they hope to solve the existing problems in the actual teaching through training,but hopes to participate in training to put forward higher requirements,enhance the professional ability,enhance the service level.There is a lack of understanding of the importance of PE teachers on the training to participate in vocational education,attention degree is not enough,this is due to form two middle school physical education teachers for their own reasons and training organization of vocational education itself the cause of the problem.Fourth,junior high school physical education teachers in part reflected the heavy task of teaching,it is difficult to have enough time and energy into work after learning to add some training to the trainees themselves tuition fees,traffic fees,to the teachers who had no small pressure of life.The contradiction between work and study has become the direct cause that influences a considerable number of PE teachers to participate in post job training.Fifth,Luoyang city middle school physical education teachers in-service education to a certain extent is recognized,but there are also many problems:a single form of training,some teachers serious utilitarian thinking,the contents of training courses echo what the books say is not reasonable.Some units have low level of information,lack of opportunities,lack of appropriate support and so on.Sixth,the purpose of PE teachers to participate in post career education is uncertain and underpowered.The implementation of teacher in-service education objective is through learning and training of teachers,so that all teachers can be further improved in the original knowledge,ability and comprehensive quality,including the occupation moral development and sublimation of professional knowledge as well as teaching and research ability,and the level of education and training of a certain number of Education the backbone of the teaching,academic leaders and education experts,this is the teachers' education efforts to achieve the goal.However,in the implementation process of PE teachers education specific,but often deviated from the target,or is there a junior high school in Luoyang,care for this and lose that,education of PE teachers of the following aspects:such as the improvement of teachers "knowledge,training and ignore the ability of teachers;pay more attention to the teachers to impart knowledge,but ignore the teacher improving ideological and moral levels etc..However,PE Teachers' in-service education should develop with their own work and education closely together,it is not only related to each teacher's interests,but also related to the interests of society,so always grasp the fundamental purpose of Vocational education.Based on this,the following suggestions are put forward:First,to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of junior high school physical education teacher training in vocational education,the effective incentive measures for their implementation,for example,will participate in the training and teachers' professional titles and bonuses linked to a clear responsibility to implement effective incentives and punitive measures.Second,the curriculum is suddenly out of date,scientific and practical.While meeting the actual needs of physical education,we should also pay attention to the practicability and the times,and solve the problems that the teachers face in the teaching practice and the combination of the two educational reforms.To increase the proportion of the frontier knowledge and professional teaching knowledge in the course content of junior high school physical education teachers.Third,establish a mechanism to ensure funding to participate in vocational training,vocational training is required to participate in every sports teacher has been issued shall enjoy rights,during the training,teachers can enjoy the job training with salary system,and during the school teachers to participate in vocational education training should also be given to the corresponding travel and food subsidies.Fourth,formulate corresponding laws and regulations,improve the system,solve the contradiction between work and after job education and training,and make the post education training time as long as possible during winter,summer vacation or holidays.Avoid situations where teachers can't work or study.Fifth,as soon as possible after the establishment of vocational education and training corresponding assessment system.Through the establishment of assessment system,correct the attitude of teachers to participate in training,improve learning enthusiasm,and fully mobilize the training of sports.
