Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Taekwondo Development In Luoyang City

The post Olympic era, in the background of China’s efforts topromote national fitness, taekwondo this emerging sports project by the majority ofyoung people of all ages, especially in just a few years time the Tae kwon do thisproject in the Olympic Games on the harvest of the gold, so as to promote thedevelopment of Taekwondo in china. Our country started from1994to the variousprovinces and cities popularize Taekwondo, followed by professional training teamin various provinces and cities have set up like a raging fire, and the provinces ofTaekwondo club. Luoyang city launched a Taekwondo from1998, the formation ofthe Luoyang City Taekwondo team, the country is relatively late start.This paper makes the overall survey of Luoyang City Taekwondo marketthrough the method of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method,logical analysis method and SWOT analysis method, the study and analysis of theadvantages, Luoyang City Taekwondo development process weaknesses,opportunities and threats by using SWOT analysis. Survey results show that: the fasteconomic development of Luoyang city Luoyang City Taekwondo developmenthave the main advantages of Luoyang city has a large population, the advantage andgovernment attention to the sports industry development; the main disadvantage isinsufficient, the government investment in taekwondo of Taekwondo coachesprofessional level is low, the operators in Taekwondo Hall main opportunities limitedcapacity; the development of a variety of publicity and the post Olympic era sportsdevelopment background and mass media; the main threats to the development ofLuoyang City Taekwondo combination is not good and Taekwondo coaches lack.Proposed the development of countermeasures based on the overall environmentcomprehensive analysis of Luoyang City Taekwondo club face on the Luoyang City,greater emphasis should be on Taekwondo, perfect mechanism, strengthenmanagement, to tilt in policy, increase investment in the funds; make full use ofvarious media, the mass media publicity, so that more people can fully understandingof Taekwondo; strengthen combination, tae kwon do in school better base classes, tofurther strengthen the popularization and training for teenagers, regularly organizedyouth Taekwondo competition, promote the development of taekwondo ofTaekwondo team and to provide more back-up personnel; professional sports colleges and universities in Luoyang should be the creation of Taekwondo special,for the development of promotion of Taekwondo and delivery of professionalcoaches for the city of Luoyang.
