At present,the rural areas are still in a weak link in basic education.In terms of sports discipline,there is a big gap between the development process of sports in rural areas and cities.With the development of quality education in full swing,the country has paid more attention to physical education in rural areas,and increased the implementation of "special post plan".In recent years,the number of sports special post teachers increased steadily.More and more sports special post teachers contribute their own strength to the development of rural sports education,but they also face many challenges.Therefore,this paper studies the professional development of physical education special post teachers in Luoyang,starting from the sustainable development of rural quality-oriented education,aiming at promoting the professional development of physical education special post teachers,taking physical education special post teachers in Luoyang as the research object,drawing on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the development of teachers,through literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and interview On the basis of combing the relevant theories,this paper makes an investigation and analysis of the current situation and the predicament of the professional development of the special post teachers of physical education in Luoyang.1.The workload of physical education special post teachers in Luoyang is large.53.5% of them have more than 16 class hours per week,which is a common phenomenon of teaching in other disciplines.Physical education special post teachers have a positive attitude towards scientific research,but 59% of them have never participated in scientific research,lack of scientific research funds,lack of scientific research leaders,and scientific research conditions Insufficient factors restrict the development of sports research in rural areas;Luoyang sports special post teachers participate in the training less times,and the level is lower;sports special post teachers have higher professional enthusiasm,and positive motivation accounts for a considerable proportion.However,the relevant security policies cannot be fully complied with According to the "special post plan",there is a gap between counties in terms of allowances and subsidies,and a considerable number of sports special post teachers' five insurances and one subsidy can not be implemented,the enrollment mechanism and professional title evaluation system are not perfect;most sports special post teachers do not have a clear understanding of future career development direction and objectives,and lack of effective planning.2.In order to stabilize the team of PE special post teachers and improve the teaching quality,the government should continue to establish the salary guarantee and supervision mechanism,improve the training system of special post teachers,establish the perfect assessment system of special post teachers,and refine the assessment system of special post teachers' enrollment;the school should reasonably arrange the workload of teachers,improve the situation of physical education special post teachers' concurrent work,and support the sports special post teachers Professional development of post teachers,increase their training opportunities;pay attention to the development of scientific research ability of physical education teachers,create a good atmosphere for scientific research;special post teachers should establish professional self-confidence,reasonably plan their career,strengthen the sense of development,take the initiative to learn,and improve their professional level.
