Since 1990s,along with the rapid growth and development of the NPO in the world,as the NPO 's core,the social responsibility have attracted the domestic and foreign scholars attentions,and some scholars tentatively apply social responsibility in NPO management field,which has made some achievements.In spite of the fact that China has become an important force in social development,but its commitment to social responsibility is still in its infancy and makes consumers and other stakeholders suspicious.As the current research status,there are the following main issues:First,the social responsibility of the cases are to be reflected in the benchmark NPO and social enterprises,but are still in the immature stage;second,most researchers stated the reasons and problems of the social responsibility of NPO,but the discussion on a case and discusses mainly the lack of empirical verification;Third,most direct cite corporate social responsibility measurement scale into the NPO,whether it can be used for the social responsibility,the reliability and validity are worthy of further discussion,there is no research on the scale of NPO social responsibility dimension;fourth,focusing on the study of NPO social responsibility' impact on organizational performance are the theoretical elaboration,and theory of stakeholders as intermediary variables into the relationship between NPO social responsibility and organizational performance,on the positive research between them,are the lack of an integrated analysis model.In view of the deficiency of previous studies,the study is facing the absence of social responsibility and internal management lack of the realistic background from the NPO,using qualitative methods to construct the NPO social responsibility structure dimension,based on" stakeholder satisfaction "perspective reveals the social responsibility and organizational performance of the basic logic.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the model of NPO social responsibility,stakeholder satisfaction and organizational performance is constructed,and relevant research hypotheses are proposed in the empirical study.According to the background of NPO in China,selecting of charitable organizations Zhejiang Province as the typical representative of,based on theoretical analysis,questionnaires were used to collect data,mainly using the SPSS,Amos and other professional software statistics,and exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,the model of regression analysis and structural equation modeling methods developed in this study empirically.Through empirical analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)NPO stakeholders meet embodied in the Internal customers employees,external customers service.objects,resource providers,government,the public and the medias,to perform their social responsibilities,can enhance the NPO of internal and external customer's sense of identity,increase access to resources and the external environment of the organization dependence,be conducive to the organization to obtain superior performance,Therefore,stakeholders are the organization's mission execution,indirectly affecting the relationship between NPO social responsibility and organizational performance.At the same time,NPO fulfills social responsibility,improves the internal management and enhances the governance capacity,which can directly affect the organizational performance.(2)Interviewing of 6 NPOS,and encoding,content analysis,through exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,constructs the Zhejiang model's NPO social responsibility and tests.There are three dimensions:mission responsibility,economic responsibility and legal responsibility,and 8 indicators.At the same time,the paper quoted the organizational performance measurement of Hu Yangcheng(2008),including:financial performance,customer performance,learning arid growth,internal flow in four dimensions,a total of 12 measurements;To sum up the previous scholars' research on stakeholders,and to draw on Clarkson's classification and research of stakeholders,and use the 6 measurement dimensions of NPO stakeholders.(3)On the basis of the reliability and validity test of the variable measuring tools,this study further uses the data obtained from the questionnaire survey to analyze the theoretical model using the structural equation model.The results showed that NPO social responsibility and stakeholders,satisfaction can positively affect organizational performance,at the same time stakeholders'satisfaction plays a partial mediating effect on the relationship between NPO social responsibility and organizational performance.The empirical results verify the hypotheses proposed in this study,and analyze the necessity of NPO to fulfill the social responsibility and the ways of implementation.The conclusion of the study has certain exploration significance.But because of academic ability,the study still has many shortcomings.In this regard,the last part of this paper puts forward the shortcomings of this research and some problems that need further study in the future.
