| In the past recent years,due to its frequent exposition in public,primary and secondary school bullying problems have been a serious social problem in our country,which caused heated and wide discussion in society.School bullying shows an anomie of social order in the social development,bringing great damage to society.Consequently,it is an urgent must to take measures to deal with these problems.However,our country was just beginning to do the related researches,with so little concern in this field a few years ago.With the push of social media,related researches have been conducted rapidly and widely in these two years.However,it is only limited within the learning,collection and accumulation of foreign researches.As we all know,our country’s school bullying problems take on characteristics of this times as well as special social characteristics of our own country,which is quite different from other countries.Therefore,we are in badly need of a set of countermeasure system to reduce school bullying problems,improve school learning atmosphere and guarantee the safety of schools in our country.Based on the study of school bullying problems in three schools in Jinyun,Lishui,Zhejiang Province,this article attempts to explore a set of appropriate countermeasure system which is suited to our national conditions through analyzing the characteristics of school bullying problems in our country and comparing the similarities and differences of school bullying problems and countermeasures in China with those in America.There are five parts as follows:The first part is about the introduction.Deep reflection of school bullying problems will be drawn from the cases of domestic school bullying from the year of 2015 to 2016 exposed by network media.Besides,literature reviews at abroad and home will be concluded from a variety of aspects,such as the situation,reasons,types,and prevention measures of school bullying.The second part refers to the definitions of some terms and related theories.Clear definitions of some terms and distinctions of similar terms will be quite beneficial to the following study on the issue.The third part is to analyze the questionnaires and interviews of school bullying problems.By reading literature reviews,doing questionnaires and making interviews,this article attempts to explore the characteristics of school bullying problems in our country during the special period of social transformation.The teachers and studentsfrom Jinyun will take part in the study.The fourth part is about the comparative study between China and America.To compare the American school bullying problems with Chinese school bullying problems will offer some inspiration for the exploration of countermeasure against school bullying problems in China.The fifth part is to build up a set of countermeasure system against school bullying in China.In order to set up such a system,we need to fully understand our national conditions,dig out the characteristics of school bullying in China,and flexibly learn from American countermeasure system. |
