A Collaborative Study Of Universities And Secondary Schools Based On Resource Sharing

Sharing plays an increasingly important role in the development of modern economy,while sharing economy not only realizes the full use of resources and increases with the value of an item,but also creates a new economic model and a new concept of resource management for mankind.The economic model of sharing age has deeply influenced people's concepts and life.Whether in finance,tourism,education and public utilities,sharing is gradually changing people's ideas,it makes the world become more and more demand for.In addition,the combination of the mobile Internet and the multiplication principle that brought by the shared ideas,has become the trend of the times.The opening and sharing of public resources is an inevitable choice for the development of the trend of the times,and in the international society,more and more countries pay attention to the use and the development of resources.The cooperation between universities and secondary schools based on resources sharing,can not only improve the efficiency of resources allocation and reduce the cost of education;but also can realize the cultural interaction and innovate education ecology through resources sharing.However,the depth,scope,type and mode of resources sharing between secondary schools and universities currently are limited.Therefore,it's of great significance to explore the cooperation between universities and secondary schools from the concept of sharing.This research proceeds from the sharing ideas of the times,draws lessons from the theory of resources sharing and puts forward the cooperation path of universities and middle schools resources sharing,which based on the analysis of the resources sharing between them.The full text is divided into four parts: the first part introduces the background,theoretical basis and practical significance of the thesis;the second part focuses on the dilemma of the cooperation between universities and secondary schools and explain the lack of cooperation in depth,scope,types and ways by some cases;the third part discusses the factors that influence the sharing of resources between universities and secondary schools,including the reasons of the organizational concept,cooperation system,sharing mechanism,organizational structure,cultural differences and other aspects;the fourth part analyzes the cooperation path of universities and secondary school resources sharing and puts forward the basic principles of cooperation and sharing: equality,complementary,taking students as the principle of sharing firstly,then put forward the cooperation path of resource sharing on this basis: concept innovation is the foundation,sharing platform is the medium,institutional arrangement is the guarantee,mechanism innovation is the driving force and cultural symbiosis is the core.
