With the development of Chinese economy,the development of education industry momentum of rapid growth,also the ascension of per capita income also in stimulating the family investment in education,along with the increase of education investment,extracurricular counselling agencies also like have appeared.At the same time,because of the imbalance of education resources,especially serious in stratified teaching like zhengzhou city,great education and employment pressure further let parents want their children to key schools,implement a key middle school is equal to the key high school,focus of high school is a key university entrance.This concept of the majority of parents has led to the growing demand for after-school training.Zhengzhou JD education was established in 2007,and JD education has been transformed from the original six-person workshop into precise teaching and personalized one-to-one tutoring.As one of the larger individualized tutoring organizations in zhengzhou,JD education's marketing strategy still has some shortcomings.For example,marketing personnel are lost,marketing methods are not diversified and brand promotion is slow.How to dominate in the competitive education market,marketing strategy plays a crucial role.How to adjust the marketing strategy reasonably,so that the company develops steadily and expands,is the problem that education organization urgently needs to consider.This article attempts from the related theory of marketing management,analyzing the status quo of the education market,especially the market of zhengzhou personalized counseling industry environment,internal competition environment and consumer demand,adopt the method of combining theory with practice research zhengzhou JD personalized coaching education marketing strategy problem.This article first tutoring industry of zhengzhou education market present situation,development trend,the competitive environment is analyzed,and then through the comparison with main competitors marketing strategy,has been clear about the JD operation advantages and the current management status quo of education the cause of the problem,through the actual operating situation of JD education longxi,combining with the knowledge of marketing related theory,based on the theory of service marketing,7 ps,product,price,channel,promotion,personnel management,process management and tangible demonstration of the company should adopt the marketing strategy,to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition.
