At the end of the 1960 s,American scholar Fuller started the study of teacher professional development theory with his teacher's Questionnaire of Concern Questionnaire.Afterwards,the research on teacher development theory has gradually become a prominent school,which is of concern to the educational circles of all countries in the world.The professional quality of teachers is the core proposition of teachers' professional development,and the research on teachers' professional accomplishments continues to deepen.The Uygur Autonomous Region in Xinjiang has implemented bilingual education since the 1990 s,effectively improving minority students' Chinese proficiency and ability.The promotion of bilingual education has a close relationship with the professional qualities of Chinese teachers.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the professional qualities of Chinese teachers in promoting bilingual teaching.This article takes the professional literacy of ethnic minority Chinese teachers in Xinjiang as the research object,and uses the author's postgraduate students to study for the ethnic minority teachers who teach Chinese courses to a bilingual class at a Minhang Hexue 6 Middle School in Yining City,Yili,Kazak Autonomous Prefecture.Through the observation method,interview method,and comparative method,a systematic study was conducted on the current situation of the professional qualities of the three minority Chinese teachers,and the three teachers' professional knowledge,professional skills,professional affective status,and existing problems in the classroom teaching were analyzed.Based on the analysis,a strategy for improving professional literacy of Chinese teachers of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang was proposed.The paper is divided into five parts:The introduction part mainly introduces the research background,significance,current research status,the research design and methods of this thesis,and defines the two core concepts of the paper design.The first chapter: researching the connotation of the professionalism of Chinese teachers in middle schools,according to The professional standards of teachers proposed to study the professional qualities of Chinese teachers from the three dimensions of professional knowledge,professional skills,and professional affection.The second chapter is an analysis of the status quo of professional qualifications of minority Chinese teachers in Six Middle Schools in Yining City,mainly through the six schools in Yining City.Analysis of the process of classroom teaching among the three minority Chinese teachers,analyzing the status quo,finding problems;Chapter Three: This is the conclusion of this thesis,and believes that there are irrational professional knowledge structures and inadequate professional skills in the professional qualities of minority Chinese teachers in the Sixth Middle School of Yining City.,lack of professional affection and other issues,and proposed strategies conducive to improving the professional quality of Chinese teachers,including: emphasis on Chinese language teachers' ability to strengthen the evaluation of Putonghua;adjust measures to local conditions,do a good job bilingual education development plan;strengthen the training of Chinese teachers,improve professional knowledge;Enrich teaching resources to update teaching models,High professional skills;improve Chinese teachers' professional spirit of inquiry and research capabilities.The purpose of this study is to hope to further enrich the research on the professional development of Chinese language teachers and provide some pertinent advice for Chinese education and teaching through the study of the professional qualities of Chinese language teachers.The conclusion part is mainly a summary of the research.
