Reform,development and innovation have become the main melody of the times.As an important part of vocational education,secondary vocational education shoulders the sacred mission of cultivating applied and skilled talents for production,service and management.Facing the new characteristics of the new era,every secondary vocational school keeps pace with the times to reform and innovation.In the field of teaching,the single traditional teaching mode has not been able to meet the requirements of the enterprise for students' ability and quality.Therefore,many teachers turn their eyes to the reform of teaching methods.Case teaching method is one of the important methods for people to practice and explore.In order to make the course "Pre-school Children's Health Care" more effective,I have tried to apply the case teaching method in this course.Apart from the introduction and conclusion,this study consists of four parts.The first part is related theoretical foundation explanation and feasibility analysis.Any research must have a certain theoretical basis as the support.In addition,this part mainly analyzes the feasibility of the application of case teaching in preschool education from the requirements of vocational education reform,teachers' satisfaction,students' identification and school security conditions.The second part is the design and application of case teaching in preschool education.This part mainly includes three aspects.One is about the general teaching mode of case teaching method.According to the teaching goal,this model designs the teaching activities of teachers and students.The second is about the basic thinking of case teaching design.The design idea mainly includes the following five links: clearing teaching goal,choosing teaching case,teaching case task,and case teaching implementation stage and teaching evaluation feedback.The third is the examples of case teaching method in the course of preschool child health care.In this part,the author takes the practical item of "practice item I: first aid of tracheal foreign body" in "Pre-school Children's Health Care" "Unit 5: prevention and Emergency treatment of Common accidents of Preschool Children" as an example and put it as an example to design case teaching method.The third part is the analysis of the effect of case teaching method applied to preschool education.In order to better verify the effect of the case teaching design of "trachea foreign body first aid",this paper chooses Class 1 and Class 3 of Hebei Women's Vocational and Technical College as the objects of investigation.With the help of SPSS statistical software,the author makes a statistical analysis of the survey data and interviews the teachers.The forth part is about the problems and suggestions in the application of case-based teaching method in preschool education.In this part,the author puts forward the following suggestions in view of the problems existing in the application of case teaching method in preschool education major,teachers and students.The first is increasing investment to establish a pre-school case base.The second is strengthening teachers' training,skilled using of case-based teaching method.The third is to change teachers' ideas and improve their own comprehensive quality.The forth is the establishment of teachers and students evaluation incentive mechanism.
