| At present,one of the important problems in university which has to face is how to accelerate the construction of high-quality teachers to adapt to the development.Performance appraisal to teachers directly affect the development of universities and teachers.Private higher education is an important part of Chinese higher education,the pressure of survival environment and challenge of the private colleges and universities which is facing will be more and more.So the research on teacher’s performance appraisal of private college have theoretical significance and practical significance.Based on a lot of work done which are about the teacher’s performance appraisal,this paper,according to the actual situation of Shaanxi Institute of international trade&commerce,constructs the teacher’s.performance appraisal system of Shaanxi institute of International trade&commerce through inheritance analysis and development.The paper is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is thesis which introduces the background,purpose and significance,research content,research ideas and methods.The second chapter introduces and analyses studies of the domestic and the foreign about performance appraisal.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of teacher’s performance appraisal of Shaanxi institute of International trade &commerce.The fourth is the focus of the paper which constructs a performance appraisal system from design principles,basic ideas,subject selection,index selection and other aspects.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the implement of the performance appraisal system.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the research,proposed the research limitations and research directions of the future.The paper uses literature retrieval method,questionnaire method,qualitative and quantitative analysis method to design the Shaanxi institute of international trade&commerce about teacher’s performance appraisal system,360 degree appraisal method is used in l main body choice,the analytic hierarchy process is used in the index weight selection,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used in the quantitative calculation.Through the study on teacher`s performance appraisal system of the Shaanxi Institute of of international trade&commerce,this paper hopes to provide help to further improve the performance appraisal of the entity;so that it can improve teaching quality,stable teachers so as to enhance the competitiveness as the powerful tool for us in practice;at the same time,the study supplies to HR department as reference in the reform of the teacher’s performance appraisal. |
