A Practical Study Of Parental Involvement In Different Forms Of Home Cooperation

Home cooperation is a special,positive and active interaction between kindergartens and families,and the purpose of this interaction is to improve the physical and mental development of children.By analyzing the related literature at home and abroad,this study compiled on parents to participate in children's home to cooperate the related policy,type,theory origin and practice experience,and field survey in a kindergarten in cooperation with parents to participate in the actual situation,to the zoo in practice different home cooperation case study is carried out by comparing the levels of parental involvement.The results show that different communities have different points of interest.The home exchange platform is focused on convenience,rapid and broad.The parent volunteers are engaged,cooperative,and complementary.Parents will focus on communication,communication and sharing.Parents have an Open Day to feel,experience and interact.The parent committee is focused on deep,symbiotic and surveillance.In the future practice,might try these home cooperation form effective combination,rather than to try a form of cooperation can transcend all home form of cooperation.At the same time,the study found that parents still have a lot of shortcomings in participating in the kindergarten.1,incomplete participation in policy;2,the activity evaluation is more than one;3,the parent is incomplete;4,the limitations of the Internet;5,the new teachers are weak;6,the level of parental involvement varies greatly.Based on the analysis of the research results,the authors propose a targeted strategy.To solve the problems existing in different forms of cooperation with the targeted strategy to break the existing bottleneck of their cooperation through the establishment of cooperation partnership,introducing the new home interactive mode,strengthen the paternal education into the male teachers,improve the professional quality of teachers of kindergarten.
