| Poverty alleviation relocation is an effective anti-poverty way,specifically referring to getting out of the poor situation,change the low-income career and remove the poor root,which is aimed to help those who live in a land that is not able to feed them,belonging to one of the most important battles of Guizhou poverty alleviation.??In terms of the cooperation,Kindergarten Work Rules issued by Ministry of Education put forward new requests,from which we know that not only is it put on the agenda,but it is required to be more specific.?It takes more time for the kids to get used to and adopt to the new environment,which needs the active cooperation between the families and kindergartens.?Hence,the cooperation is vital to the education problem.?However,there are quite a few problems concerning to the strategy.?The research takes a kindergarten in the south of Guizhou province as a sample,making a deep exploration of the cooperation by documentary study,?interviews,textual analyses and observations.First of all,based on the research of the cognition,content,forms,and the use of resources of cooperation,It was found that in the process of families cooperation between H kindergartens,there were problems such as lack of scientific educational concepts and methods for immigrant parents,two-way communication between the two homes,incomplete cooperation content,weak cooperation effectiveness,and deficiency of resource exploring.Secondly,analyzes the change of poverty alleviation relocation area H kindergarten the families and kindergartens cooperation problems,mainly is the immigrant parents culture quality level is low,preschool teachers’ communication ability insufficiency,the kindergarten management innovation consciousness is not enough,lack of immigrant parents education child’s consciousness,lack of teachers’ use of immigrant parents and the community resources consciousness and ability.Finally,in view of the existing problems,the paper thinks that the following countermeasures can be adopted: The government should increase the investment in education and strengthen the training and care of the preschool teachers in the relocation areas.Kindergartens should gradually strengthen the cultural confidence and educational consciousness of immigrant families participating in preschool education,and expand the content of home cooperation based on the existing knowledge and skills of immigrant parents.Preschool teachers should improve their communication skills and cooperation skills and enhance their awareness and ability to use resources.Immigrant parents should change their minds and provide their own educational resources.Immigrant community should jointly build and share educational resources with kindergartens to provide help for immigrant families. |
