In recent years,the state and society pay more and more attention to pre-school education.The Ministry of Education issued the “Opinions on the Implement ation of the Program of Excellence in Teacher Training”,whi ch aims to cultivate a large number of teachers who have the strong faith and firm beliefs,noble mor ality,solid knowledges.There i s a good teacher of love.In this study,one of Liaoning provincial key teachers and provincial famous teachers,so teacher L was selected as study object,and several methods as case study,observation,interview and literature were used in this study.First of all,this paper introduces the basic situations of t eacher L,i ncluding the entry age and working environment,at the same ti me,the author explains the reasons for selecting teacher L as a subject.Secondly,on the one hand,the author makes an in-depth study on the professional life of teacher L,which including her teaching activities,professional growth process,key events and key figures to observe and in-depth interviews,on the ot her hand,t his author also explains the factors of professional development of teachers through analyzing the situations of teacher L and her colleagues,leadership.Thirdly,through the observation and interview,the author summarizes the reasons about why teacher L grows up to be an excellent teacher,and analyzes her professional growth factors from three parts which including the statements of herself,the manager of kindergartens and related national policies.Finally,on the basis of the experiences of L teachers’ professional growth,t his paper summarizes and thinks about the main parts of professional growth of kindergarten teachers.As a result,the author thinks that in order t o promote the professional growth of kindergarten teachers,we can start from four different parts,such as,kindergarten teachers themselves,the management of kindergartens,relative departments of government and society.First of all,the teachers of kindergartens,especially the young teachers should pay more at tention to their self-reflection and sel f-innovation,in the meanwhile,they need try their best to achieve the self-breakthrough in professional life.Secondly,the kindergartens should provide an efficient,active and stable environment which conducive to the professional development of excellent teachers,so they need to est ablish a mufti-dimensional evaluation mechanism,to carry out academic exchanges,and learn advantages fr om each other and so on;Last but not least,the government and the society should construct the integrated training system actively and for mulat e the standard of professional development of excellent kindergarten teachers.
