Graduate education is the highest level of education in China,its educational achievements-graduate students is undoubtedly an important reserve force of innovative talents in China,is the country to implement innovation-driven development strategy,leading the new economic development of the main human resources,but also China's core competitiveness,To enhance the international status of the important support.Under the guidance of the concept of collaborative innovation,in order to cultivate the top-notch innovative talents in line with the expectation of the society,our country has carried out a series of explorations on the cultivation of postgraduates,and has issued the Interim Measures for the Joint Training of Doctoral Candidates in Higher Education Institutions and Scientific Research Institutions.Colleges and universities and engineering research institutes jointly training doctoral pilot work "and other documents and start the" 2011 plan "and"science and education combined with the cooperative education action plan",focus on the top design from the beginning to explore the absorption of scientific research institutions to participate in high-level personnel training The new path.Based on this,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the training mode of collaborative school graduate students in the international field."His mountain stone,can attack jade",this article draws lessons from the long-established or effective universities and research institutions in the developed countries of higher education,to promote the construction and development of the cooperative postgraduate education mode of China.Postgraduates's synergetic cultivating model of universities and research institutions in the view of international can be broadly divided into "to curriculum-led","scientific research-led","dual-dominant" three main types of models.This study is based on systems theory,synergy theory and stakeholder theory,constructing a theoretical model,selecting the case of the relevant schools to conduct an empirical analysis,discussing the running process,inner mechanism and safeguard mechanism of the graduate school cooperatively.And then summed up the successful experience of three models,to promote the reform and innovation of China's graduate education mode and improve the quality of graduate education.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the research background,purpose,significance,domestic and international research trends,research ideas and methods,as well as possible innovations and shortcomings;The second part elaborates the theoretical basis of this research.Based on this theory,this paper constructs the stakeholder model of postgraduate cultivation and the evolution model of postgraduate training system.The third part is the definition and analysis of the conception and connotation of the post-graduate training mode;The fourth part analyzes the status quo of joint postgraduate training in our country.Through the study of case-Dresden University of Technology cooperates with the Max Planck Institute to train graduate students,China Qingdao University of Science and Technology and the German Lanxess R&D center to train graduate students and Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Woods Hole Institute of Oceanography in collaboration with the training of graduate students,we explore their cultivation mode deeply.The fifth part is based on the case analysis.The author sums up the experience of running the post-graduate mode:"unified strategic goal,clear strategic agreement","rational division of labor and functional complementation","optimize organizational structure,improve management process","strengthen personnel exchanges and promote scientific and technical cooperation ".
