Cultivation Model Of Postgraduate Research

According to “the reform and development plan of national medium and long-term education outline(2010-2020)," pointed out that improve the quality of graduate students is the core task of higher education development.Moreover,“the twelfth five-year-Plan outline” also emphasizes that “how to make the talents cultivating programs better adapt to the social demands in every work of life” which has become one of the most pressing and realistic issues must to be solved urgently for universities and the ministry of education.The study is based on the social demands and makes the cultivating targets as the breakthrough point of the research,especially in the quality of the higher reduction postgraduates' problem,which in four universities in Jiangxi province as the research object in order to find the problem of cultivating programs for the higher education Postgraduate.It analyzed the major problems in the process of cultivating postgraduate models,and gave advice on cultivating programs reform.The main content of this study is divided into three aspects;first of all,find the characteristics of social demands for master's talent and the present situation of university graduate cultivation model.Then analysis the differences in "requirements of society" and "the quality of cultivation",which leads to the research emphasis of talent cultivating and in order to make cultivation and social demands can adjust the percentage of admission.Second,based on the questionnaire surveys about four universities in Jiangxi province to find the problems and reasons of cultivating models.Finally,aiming at the problem of “cultivating quality” which referring to the modeling method of competency model to establish competence model.Moreover it mixed the methods of expert questionnaire survey and interview methods for data collection.At the same time,analyze and obtain master degree graduates in general quality characteristics by using SPSS18.0.Then supported by the model and combined with the cause of the problem,give the suggestions of cultivating models.This general quality model of master degree graduates still need to be further tasted,so as to verify the reliability of the model.Otherwise,there should establish a quality assessment program of talents within universities and employers so as to improve the quality of talent cultivation and meet the changing social needs by reforming the cultivating models.
