Research On The Construction Management Of New Campuses Of Colleges And Universities In Beijing

With the non-capitalist call for resolution,all major universities and colleges in Beijing have begun to locate and construct suburban homes.Today,with the rapid economic development of our country,the basic construction of new campuses of universities requires high standards,adheres to modernization,and digitization.With the intelligent construction requirements,the management model for the construction of new campuses in universities directly affects the construction period,quality,and cost of new campus construction.To select a better management model for the construction of new campuses of universities in Beijing,to enable the project construction projects to be implemented in a stable and orderly manner,to save funds for the country,and to complete the construction of the new campus with high efficiency and high quality.Based on the above issues,the author discussed and studied and wrote this article.This paper mainly studies the construction management model of the new campus of Beijing Normal University.First,the management model of domestic and foreign infrastructure projects was elaborated.Then the characteristics of the new campus construction of universities and colleges and the differences between general construction projects were analyzed.Then,the status quo and characteristics of the construction of China's new campuses were analyzed.Finally,The construction of the new campus of Beijing Normal University is taken as an example.The construction unit set up a new campus headquarters to analyze the merits of this model from the aspect of progress,quality,and cost through the general contracting mode of construction.It is hoped that the construction management model of other new campuses in Beijing will be selected.Provide a certain reference.
