Study On Feasibility Of Establishing Sports Industry Investment Fund In Hebei Province

As an important part of national economy,sports industry plays more and more role in the development of the national economy.And now,may countries and regions establish and develop the sports industry investment fund,as financial capital to promote the development of the real economy.In Hebei province,sports industry has been taken as an important economic development area and some relevant policies were put forward according to the requirements of the national industrial policy.While facing to the major historical opportunity of the preparation of the Winter Olympic Games and the development of ice and snow sports,the foundation and operation of sports industry investment fund has not been implemented in Hebei province.So,this paper analyzes the feasibility of establishment of sports industry investment fund in Hebei province and to put forward the conclusions and recommendations.By the methods of literature,expert scoring,SWOT analysis and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and according to the development condition of Hebei sports industry and fund industry.this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis on the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of establishment of sports industry investment fund.At last,feasibility study conclusion were given by AHP through sequencing weight factors,determining the strategic quadrangle.According to the research result,this paper confirmed that the establishment of the sports industry investment fund in Hebei province has obvious advantages and external opportunity factors and that the establishment of the fund is feasible from the perspective of qualitative analysis;the specific weight coefficients of the dominant factors and the opportunity factors were determined from the perspective of quantitative analysis.Through the comparison of weight coefficients,its importance which is far higher than the risk and disadvantage factors was proved quantitatively,especially the opportunity factor,and the quantitative degree of feasibility was further demonstrated.Comprehensive analysis of the above information and data,this paper thought that the establishment of the sports industry investment fund in Hebei province has a strong feasibility.At the same time,this paper also put forward the relevant strategic measures which can be used for reference in the establishment of the sports industry investment fund in Hebei province.
