The Reason To Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Secondary Vocational School Students In China

In recent years,in order to better promote the development of the manufacturing industry,China and Germany respectively put forward the "2025 plan" and "industrial 4.0" plan.The development of manufacturing industry can not do without sophisticated talents,but also can not do without a large number of high-quality workers.The main responsibility of vocational education is to train technical and skilled talents for society.In 1999,with the policy of enrollment expansion in Colleges and universities,our country paid attention to the development of general education,but neglected the vocational education.Recently,the state attaches great importance to the development of vocational education,and formulates relevant preferential policies as well as special funds for the development of vocational education.But throughout the country,the squeal of vocational education is still not eliminated,such as:weak foundation of students,comprehensive quality is not high,weary of study,and the resulting teacher burnout,low happiness index.Taking Sanhe vocational education center as an example,based on the previous research results,this paper finds out the problems existing in students’ learning through investigation and study,such as poor learning foundation,lack of motivation and incorrect learning methods.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes the causes of this situation from four aspects,such as society,school,family and students,including:low recognition of vocational education,job burnout,lack or lack of family education and immaturity of students’ mind.Then it gives the corresponding countermeasures from four aspects of society,school,family and students themselves.Including:vocational schools should actively publicize and eliminate the negative impact of public opinion on Vocational education.The school level is mainly for teachers psychological counseling,so that teachers devote themselves to the teaching work.Parents should actively fulfill the obligations and responsibilities of family education for their children.Students should try hard to correct their own shortcomings.
