Career Education is the key to carrying out the Quality-oriented Education,its goal aims at realizing the balanced and harmonious development of the individual and the society by helping the individual to strengthen their self-cognition.In 2014,the new policy of College Entrance Examination became the tipping point of Career Education,and it is an irresistible trend to bring Career Education into High School.Career Education and subject teaching should be not separated,high school students should clarify their individual career goal,plan the ladder of their career development,and set up the concept of initiative development,so they will become the internal drive of their study,to solve the issues of what to study and how to study,and then from the root to improve their learning status,and to change the current situation of the deficiency of self-conception and the lack of lofty ideal of high school students under the Exam-oriented Education,therefore,they may give full play to their own superiorities after their graduation,and they may make greatest contributions to the state and society,to promote the realization of self-worth.The author adopted the literature research and the questionnaire methods,and select the high school students from four typical high schools of Chengde City as the research object,to investigate and analyze the relationship between the clarity of career goal and the study of high school students,in order to provide the solution for carrying out the career education widely and deeply in high school,to help high school students for their long life development in an all-round way;meanwhile,to improve their learning status from the root;furthermore,to afford the measures and suggestions to improve their academic records.The thesis consists of four parts:Part one,Introduction.Raise the question,to state the research purpose and significance,and to summarize the research status of Career Goal from both domestic and overseas research,and then the author gives the definition of the core concept based on the introduction.Part two,Research Design.Raise the design of research,to descript the research methods,the participants,the research equipment,the research procedure,and the testing of validity and reliability of the questionnaires.Part three,Research Result.Through the descriptive analysis,the Independent-Sample T test,the single factor analysis,the variance analysis and the correlation analysis to the questionnaires,to make the investigation of the integral level of the clarity of career goal of high school students,of the difference of the essential feature of population variance to the clarity of career goal,of the relative situation of the clarity of career goal with the learning status and academic record of high school students,and of the key influence factor of the establishment of the clarity of career goal of high school students.Fart four,Conclusion and Suggestion.To state the result of investigation,and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects as the individual of high school students,the teachers,the family and the school.
