A Study On The Burnout Of Physical Education Teachers In Rural Primary And Middle Schools In Xingtai County

I am a teacher of physical education of rural middle schools in Xingtai County,the reason of choosing this topic research,indeed from their own reasons,although engaged in education and teaching is only 5 years,but the changes in their own place is difficult to accept,when carefully thought,when asked earnestly,know this the work has been quite tired of,so just choose the topic of writing.As everyone knows,in the rural primary and middle school sports activities,physical education teachers are the main planners activities,students are participants,physical education teachers' teaching attitude determines the development of physical education curriculum,but also depends on the construction of students' physical quality,sports teachers occupation burnout has a great influence on sports work,it the situation of the development of the society,the school sports are paid more and more attention,but the implementation of special physical education teachers occupation has seriously affected the teaching work.In the course of the study,through consulting a large number of literature and information,it is found that the relative research or discussion about the rural primary and middle school physical education teachers' job burnout is still relatively small.PE teachers in Xingtai county rural occupation burnout because of differences in the causes of the performance is not the same,so in the perplexing situation,started slowly,carefully,found the occupation burnout performance can be divided into: consciousness,cognition,emotion,occupation prospects and other aspects of performance,but the overall level of consciousness or the problem,therefore,looking for solutions,pay more attention to ideological guidance.In this paper,the process of writing,I am an example of its own individual in-depth analysis,to the vertical axis of time and horizontal incident as an example,the practical exploration,access to information in many aspects,by using the method of investigation,interview and mathematical statistics and other research methods,and colleagues,since I deeply analyze.Study,understand the dynamics at home and abroad,combined with their own,seeking truth from facts,found that PE teachers in Xingtai county rural occupation burnout is in the social,school and individual three aspects of the comprehensive effect,under the common function form,complexity,uniqueness,legacy etc..Through research,the following results and conclusions are obtained:(1)in Xingtai County Rural Primary and secondary school physical education teachers have varying degrees of job burnout,particularly noticeable is: up to 71% of teachers appear burnout is heavy,8% of the teachers are serious burnout.(2)female teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Xingtai are more tired than men.(3)the pressure of male physical education teachers in marriage is greater than that of female PE teachers.(4)according to the age division,36-40 year old physical education teacher burnout is the most serious.(5)in the teaching age,there is no classroom goal,curriculum without planning,vocational discipline,and this phenomenon tends to be younger.(6)in education,teachers occupation burnout of undergraduate and college education to graduate to undergraduate education,especially the occupation burnout is heavy;the original education teacher education teacher burnout degree than not to occupation burnout;non normal students of normal college students in job burnout lighter.(7)in job titles,the job burnout of the sports teachers who evaluated the titles is relatively light,but there is also a sense of burnout.The physical education teachers who do not have the titles have a very serious job burnout.(8)the factors that affect the job burnout and work enthusiasm of the rural primary and middle school PE teachers in Xingtai are mainly related to the subjective consciousness of the physical education teachers,the school sports culture atmosphere and the management mechanism of the school.(9)methods to improve the sports teachers occupation burnout in primary and secondary schools in Xingtai county are: establishing a school management system,establish harmonious interpersonal relationships,improve the occupation moral quality,enhance personal accomplishment,enhance the sense of belonging "occupation,occupation career planning for teachers".
