A Study On The Training Of Floating Minority Women's Employment Skills By Group Work

In This study,the author use the qualitative research method,combined with interviews,participatory observation of data collection,relying on the flow in the center of the Lanzhou city west lake cultural services minority women in sewing class,guided by the theories of empowerment and social learning theory,using the method of group work intervention study,established for the purpose of employment skills training "about seam edge-embroiders self" group.In research methods,this research in the past only to supplement on the basis of objective assessment,combined with the interview method,pay attention to by researchers,to evaluate effect of group.Through the analysis of this study found that social work intervention is not only of the floating minority women and updated research field to get good results.Second,for part of the group,group activities both in sewing class gives their social skills and self-confidence to exercise also partly realized the value of social work \ "win-win\" concept.Again,the function of social work integration of resources,effective group activities will be held in environment and the flow of the dimension of social support for ethnic minority women to provide spiritual and material help.Finally,group activities in the process of implementing exists some problems that urgently needs to improve the subjective and objective.The instability of objective aspects: group members,large differences between team members,etc.;Subjective aspects: social work itself'ves lack of experience guidance,too sentimental,and lack of professional ability and so on all affect the effect of group work intervention.
