| In the process of teaching in higher vocational colleges,the students are not active in the classroom because of their weak basic knowledge,and are often passive in listening.So some teachers choose the PBL teaching mode to improve the classroom participation.PBL teaching model has attracted more and more attention.The research on PBL is teaching more and more,but the research on PBL is teaching to improve classroom participation rarely,therefore this paper survey PBL and classroom participation has important significance.The purpose is to study the PBL teaching whether can improve students’ classroom participation or not.In this study,a class of one or two students in a higher vocational college as the research object,through the questionnaire survey,classroom observation and interviews to study whether the PBL teaching model to enhance the level of participation of students.This study used Kong Qiping(2003)to develop a questionnaire on the participation of the classroom,including behavioral participation,cognitive participation and emotional participation of the three dimensions.Using SPSS19.0 for data processing and analysis,through the investigation of the students’ participation in the classroom,I found that most students are willing to participate in the PBL teaching.Specifically,in the behavior of participation,students spend more time in chemistry learning,and actively interact with teachers and students.In the cognitive participation,students’ learning methods improved from the original to the understanding of the transition of rote memory,through group cooperation,students rely on the teacher’s degree also declined.In the emotional involvement,most of the students are not interested in chemistry,and tired of learning chemistry,but in the PBL classroom,students through team cooperation stimulate their interest in learning,decline anxiety and enhance the sense of achievement. |
