With the prevalence of online education such as MOOC and micro-class,Internet education is rising rapidly in today's educational society,and cooperation and resource sharing among colleges and universities has become a very important trend.Nowadays,with the rapid development of educational informatization,various educational themes faced the problems of repeated construction of resources,uneven distribution and low utilization rate and so on.The establishment of MOOC alliance provides an opportunity for the combination of colleges and universities all over the country.Through the platform of the MOOC Alliance,colleges and universities can share curriculum resources,communicate with each other,make common progress,realize mutual recognition of credit,and greatly reduce the waste of teaching resources.In this study,firstly,the system characteristics and system of the MOOC Alliance are analyzed in detail,and the organizational structure of the MOOC Alliance is put forward.Secondly,the National Federation of Graduate School of Medical Colleges are established.Build the framework of the alliance and specific functional modules,and design a seamless connection with the network mobile learning platform.Finally,according to the existing problems in education and combining with the modern education concept,the interactive teaching model based on the MOOC platform is designed and implemented in the National Federation of Graduate Schools of Medical Colleges.This teaching mode realizes the interactive learning between teachers and students within the alliance,not only by watching live broadcast,but also by using mobile devices such as mobile phones to carry out online interactive communication,participate in online teaching activities,and realize the real-time sharing of resources.Improve the enthusiasm of students,realize no teaching materials in class,give students enough space to think,and break the time-space limitation of teaching resources in the past teaching mode.The system realizes the cross-regional communication between schools and schools,schools and teachers,teachers and students,students and students.Based on the present situation of the development of MOOC Alliance and interactive teaching model,this research is conducted on the basis of micro-learning theory,educationalequity theory and social interaction theory by using literature research,comparative research and Experimental research.The main part of the study is the system analysis of University MOOC Alliance,the design of interactive teaching model based on the platform of MOOC Alliance and the application of interactive teaching mode based on the platform of MOOC Alliance.The National Federation of Graduate School of Medical Colleges alliance platform is an alliance platform composed of 8 medical colleges and universities in China.When the platform carries out interactive teaching mode,the author,as the assistant teacher of the course,participates in teaching activities all the time.In the course of teaching,there is a master class and a sub-class.The teachers in the main classroom use the platform to carry out live classroom teaching,and the students and teachers in the sub-class learn by watching the live broadcast online,and at the same time,teachers and students through mobile devices such as mobile phones to participate in the main classroom teacher-initiated teaching activities to achieve cross-regional interaction.After class,students can use mobile phones to watch the video playback,complete the assignment assigned by the teacher and re-process the knowledge.In view of this teaching mode,the author puts forward to evaluate the students' achievement according to six aspects of students' pre-study,live classroom performance,group activity completion,online homework completion and final results display,and self-evaluation of students.After practice,the effect of the teaching model is analyzed by interviewing the teachers and students.To a certain extent,the teaching mode improves the students' interest and enthusiasm in learning,and improves the teaching efficiency of the teachers.The course selection and credit recognition between schools can be realized,which is helpful to bring into play the radiation and demonstration function of high-quality teaching resources,and also make it more possible for the colleges and universities that "work alone" to form a joint force and open up a new way to promote quality education in an all-round way.
