The promotion of citizens' scientific literacy is directly related to the enhancement of our comprehensive national strength.China's scientific literacy education started late,the scientific literacy level of our people is still lagging behind in developed countries,and biological science literacy as an important indicator of scientific literacy,obviously has aroused our concern,to improve the students' Biological science literacy as an important concept of the new curriculum reform has been mentioned by many scholars,but the students of biological science literacy in different aspects there are still many shortcomings.Therefore,this study investigates the current situation of the biology of high school students in Harbin and puts forward the scientific and rational improvement measures,which is beneficial to the realization of the important goal of the new curriculum reform and the development direction of the science education in order to improve the biology of the high school students in the region Scientific literacy level.This paper introduces the concept of scientific literacy and biological science literacy,and introduces the historical development of bioscience research at home and abroad.The author investigates the status quo of students' biological sciences in three different high schools in Harbin,To cultivate the advantages and disadvantages of the high school students 'biological sciences in Harbin City,to analyze the relevant factors that hinder the improvement of students' biological sciences,and then put forward the reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for the high school students in Harbin.Through the investigation,it is found that the level of bioscience literacy in Harbin high school students is higher than that of other provinces and cities,but the lack of scientific education propaganda in the society,the obsession with parental attitudes and educational thoughts in family education,and the advantages of various educational resources Give full play to the comprehensive quality of the evaluation mechanism of students a single traditional,the teacher's educational philosophy is not advancing with the times,classroom teaching is poor,teaching content scattered,teachers do not have the rapid development of contemporary information technology skills,are affecting students An Important Factor in Improving the Quality of Biological Science.In view of these problems,the author analyzes and summarizes the social school evaluationmethods should be diversified,classroom teaching to enhance the integration between knowledge and teaching content consistency,through continuing education and training to enhance the overall quality of teachers,reduce the gap between the educational level And other aspects of the proposed reasonable measures.
