In recent years,more and more countries pay attention to developing students' scientific literacy,the scientific literacy is a part of the comprehensive quality of citizens,and it can reflect a country's comprehensive national strength and the level of the development.Citizen' scientific literacy is the foundation of a well-off society and the innovative society.It is very significant to develop the teenagers' scientific literacy and then enhance the development of the whole country.Many junior high schools have set up students' club course to developing students' comprehensive quality,and strive to cultivate all-round development of the students' morality,intelligence,physical education,fine arts and labor technology.Junior high school biology club course is one of the school club courses,which the teaching content is the foundation,and it is to promote junior high school students' biological science literacy.It is mean to develop students' scientific knowledge,scientific ability,scientific attitude students' values as the three-dimensional teaching target.The biology club course chooses the biological activities ascarrier which are most closely with the students 'life.Students sign up the club courses voluntarily to form learning member as the experimental group,and selected a group of the same number of students as the control group,who do not take the club courses.After investigating the school and outside the school environment,the development of the school laboratory resources,the books capacity of library resources,and students' knowledge level,and the physical and mental development of the students.So teachers design four kinds of courses include plant and plant classification,production courses,inquiry courses and popular science courses.which are mean to reflect the subjectivity of students in the full curriculum activities and develop students' inquiry ability,thinking ability and innovation consciousness.At the end of the course of activities,we use the tests to for the media to know students ' biological science literacy.By comparing the scores of the two groups,we can know that the biological courses can develop the students 'biological science literacy,and the courses have positive impact on students.In the interest level survey of the experimental group.The results show that most of the students are very satisfied with the club courses,and there are moreinterest in science learning.Considering the students 'suggestions of evaluation results with the teaching targets,we will improve and perfect the structure of the club courses after teaching,and we hope to develop students' biological science literacy more effectively.
