In September 2014,"Opinions of the State Council on deepening the reform of examination and enrollment system” was issued,which marked the start of a new round of experimental work of the college entrance comprehensive reform.The reform will be implemented in Heilongjiang province in 2018.The new reform of college entrance examination will instead the division of Arts and Sciences with multi mechanism of admission.The enrollment of the university also sets various subjects to different majors.Chemistry is listed as elective subject on many majors.However,many students are not inclined to choose chemistry for many kinds of reasons.Thus the study aims to investigate the factors that affect the drive of students' chemistry learning,and the training is put forward plan to improve students' chemistry learning motivation so that more students are willing to choose and study chemistry.First of all,the concept of the chemistry learning motivation is defined according to the existing domestic and foreign relevant findings about motivation with the characteristics of chemistry and then its effect on the motivation of study,process of study and result of study are discussed.According to Ausubel Hei,the chemistry learning drive is divided into cognitive drive,ego enhance the driving force and affiliated drive,and then a questionnaire is compiled according to the three aspects.Secondly,the results of the questionnaire are statistically analyzed by using SPSS software,the influence factors of learning motivation in chemistry are gained.The results show that learning chemistry and chemical learning cognitive motivation subsidiary motivation is influenced by gender and the school chemistry learning differences,cognitive ability,learning chemistry affiliated drive and chemical self enhancement effect drive are much influenced by class differences.Finally,five countermeasures and training scheme are put forward based on the factors,which respectively are the importance of gender differences between male and female students,the principle of teaching students in accordance of their aptitude,the improvement of their desire for study by improving the experimental ratio to the chemistry history combining with the actual life and pay attention to creating thesituation of green chemistry chemistry in the teaching process.To help students attribute success and failure correctly and set goals and also implement cooperative learning,optimizing the learning process,creating the mental health,evaluating various methods,setting a good learning atmosphere combing with the problem of employment and examination with the combination of school and family to training motivation of chemistry learning.And the students' learning motivation in chemistry are improved from all aspects.
